extends the shelf life of cut meat by 20 to 28 days thanks to double barrier packaging (vacuum + gas). It preserves tenderness, colour and taste, while limiting exudates. Its modern presentation, with a comprehensive label and colour coding by species, improves shelf visibility, traceability and stock management.

Protective atmosphere packaging

 UVCI enhances the value of meat with a transparent tray with absorbent paper, which preserves freshness, colour and appearance. With a shelf life of 6 to 9 days and a suitable format, it facilitates stock management and limits losses. Labels coded by species simplify shelf placement. This solution combines butcher quality, practicality and transparency to meet consumer expectations.
