In Pithiviers, in the heart of the Loiret region, the Beauvallet butcher's shop was founded in 1860. Butchers and merchants, men of the land and tradition, proudly passed on their passion for their craft, the art of good and fair trade. In 1991, Bernard Léguille took up the mantle with respect and vision. He opened up new horizons without ever denying his roots. Today, his son Charles continues along this path with the same dedication: keeping a legacy alive, remaining faithful to the craft, the taste and the standards.
More than just a company, Beauvallet is a mosaic of women and men passionate about meat, combining traditional craftsmanship with food innovation. From the selection of live animals to the creation of tailor-made cooked products, we control every link in the chain.
Our Tradition, Catering and International divisions serve all markets: butchers, supermarkets, catering, manufacturers and exporters.
With its modern facilities throughout France and subsidiaries in Spain, Poland and Brazil, Beauvallet is a small-to-medium-sized enterprise with an international network. This presence allows us to create links between terroirs, expertise and markets, ensuring traceability, quality and safety at every stage.
